Dubai, March 16 (WAM) — The Ataa Hamdan Volunteer Team, in cooperation with Al Ihsan Charity Association, organized a humanitarian initiative as part of the national campaign “Your Support, O Hamdan,” titled “Hamdan Charity Iftar – Season Four,” in the Jebel Ali area of Dubai. The initiative comes within community efforts aimed at promoting values of solidarity and compassion during the Holy Month of Ramadan.
The initiative aims to distribute 2,000 iftar meals to workers in the area in appreciation of their efforts and their role in the journey of construction and development, while reinforcing the values of social and human solidarity that characterize UAE society. It also coincides with Zayed Humanitarian Day and serves as a continuous charity in memory of the late Sheikh Hamdan bin Rashid Al Maktoum, may he rest in peace.
Ahmed Mohammed Bin Ajlan, Founder and Chairman of the Ataa Hamdan Volunteer Team, affirmed the team’s commitment to implementing this initiative for the fourth consecutive year, noting that it carries noble humanitarian meanings that help spread values of tolerance, mercy, and compassion among different segments of society. He added that the initiative aims to bring happiness to workers of various nationalities and share with them the spirit of the holy month in an atmosphere of giving and appreciation.
